[서울(Seoul),행당] 만두전빵 - 만두전골

 

 

오늘 우리가 간 곳은 추운 겨울에 제격인 만두전골

흑백요리사의 심사위원이었던 안성재 추천 맛집으로 유명하다

평일 저녁에 방문했는데,

5시 45분쯤 도착했으나 이미 테이블이 꽉 차있어서 40분 정도 대기했다.

대기공간이 따뜻하고 의자도 있어서

대기하는 게 힘들지는 않으나

테이블 회전이 엄청 빠른 편은 아닌듯하다.

:만두피가 얇고 만두소가 알차서 한 입 먹을 때마다 만족감이 크다.

음식점에서 사먹는 음식인데도 건강한 집밥 같은 느낌이 든다.

밑반찬으로 나오는 열무김치와 김치, 양파피클도 맛있다.

전골 2인에 칼국수도 포함되어 있으니 놓치지 말아야 한다.

맥주와 함께 먹었는데, 2인이 먹기에 적당한 양이다.

부족하면 칼국수면을 추가해도 좋을 것 같다.

만두전골 생각날 때 한 번씩 갈 것 같고,

만두를 좋아하는 외국인친구가 있다면 데려갈 법하다.

 

The dumpling wrappers are thin and delicate,

while the filling is generous and well-seasoned,

making each bite feel satisfying and complete.

Even though this is restaurant food,

it has a comforting, homemade quality that feels warm and wholesome.

The side dishes — young radish kimchi, regular kimchi, and pickled onions —

are all flavorful and pair well with the main dish.

The hot pot for two comes with kalguksu noodles,

which is a nice bonus and definitely not something to skip.

We enjoyed it with beer, and the portion size felt just right for two people.

If you’re still hungry, adding extra noodles would be a great option.

It’s a place I’d probably visit whenever I’m craving dumpling hot pot,

and it’s also somewhere I’d confidently take a foreign friend who loves dumplings.

Tout ce que j’attendais de mon premier dîner au restaurant

pour mon troisième séjour en Corée.

L’association de ces généreux mandus

avec ce bouillon et ses légumes est aussi réconfortant que délicieux.

Mais contre toute attente, le vrai clou du spectacle,

ce sont ces nouilles au goût prononcé de blé

qui rendent ce bouillon subtilement relevé encore meilleur!

 

Everything I expected from my first dinner

at a restaurant during my third trip to Korea.

The combination of these generous mandu dumplings

with this broth and vegetables is as comforting as it is delicious.

But contrary to expectations, the real star of the show is these noodles

with their pronounced wheat flavor,

which make this subtly spiced broth even better!
